“Over thar’s Council Bluffs. Called that ‘cause Lewis and Clark held a council with the Otoe an Missouri chiefs there.” That was Carol’s first ever line spoken on stage in her 4th grade play. Since then, she’s played many comedic, dramatic and musical roles in community theater. She also boasts television appearances in “Happy birthday, Mrs. Pace” (WSKG), “The Fabulous Beekman Boys,” (Planet Green),and “Succession:” (HBO).

Gary had his first acting gig as Santa Claus in his 1st grade Christmas pageant and his first directing came during his senior year in high school for the school’s in-house written musical, A Bum Deal. After coming to Oneonta in 1974 his theatrical experiences grew exponentially, and he has been involved in nearly 100 productions as an actor, stage manager, and director. He also taught mathematics at Hartwick College for 43 years and is Co-President and Treasurer of Bigger Dreams Productions, Inc. He is so happy to be playing opposite Carol Dean in this play for the fifth or sixth time. Thanks to Sue for putting up with his “Bigger Dreams.”
