Cast Spotlight: Karen Oliver

KAREN OLIVER (MYRA BRUHL) is excited to be performing with Bigger Dreams Productions. Originally slated as a post-retirement hobby, she is thankful for the opportunity to restart her live theater work now. In different capacities, she has always been involved in the arts and theater. In her younger years in Oneonta, she danced, performed, and taught with Wendy Wade. This experience was a catalyst for her involvement in musical productions in high school and college. More recently, she continued her involvement in the arts while accompanying her son, Clark Oliver, on his childhood professional acting career. Clark took them on a Broadway national tour before they landed in NYC for five years. There, he was involved in many off-Broadway and equity productions. Throughout the years, theatre remained a prominent element of their lives. Karen is a regional manager for a national distribution company.
